At Rose Couture Aesthetics (Duloch, Dunfermline), we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, safe, and professional treatments using only licensed, genuine, prescription-grade products.
Please take a moment to read the following policies carefully before booking or attending your appointment.
At Rose Couture Aesthetics, we strive to accommodate our clients' needs as effectively as possible. Due to the high demand for our specialised services, we recommend booking appointments well in advance to ensure availability. Our booking system is designed to be user-friendly, allowing you to easily choose a time and date that suits your schedule. Antiwrinkle treatments must be booked in advance and you MUST have had a perscriber consultation before hand as this is a prescription only product.
Cancellation & Refund Policy,
Appointment Changes & Cancellations
We kindly ask that all clients respect our time and clinic policies.
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without charge.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost.
Cancellations, reschedules, or failure to attend within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% charge of the treatment cost.
These charges apply regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Booking Fee
A non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
Booking fees are deducted from the total treatment cost on the day.
Booking Fees are non-transferable in all circumstances, except at the sole discretion of the practitioner in exceptional situations.
No appointment is confirmed without receipt of the booking fee.
Clients arriving late may receive a reduced treatment time or have their appointment cancelled.
If the appointment cannot be completed safely due to lateness, it will be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly.
Right to Refuse Treatment
The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the client's best interest.
This includes situations where consent cannot be safely obtained, aftercare is unlikely to be followed, or expectations are unrealistic.
In such cases, the booking fee remains non-refundable.

Booking Requirements, Health Considerations,Treatment Results & Refund Policy
All aesthetic treatments carry individual variability, and results are not guaranteed.
Outcomes may be affected by factors beyond the practitioner's control, including but not limited to:
Individual anatomy
Lifestyle factors (e.g. smoking, alcohol, sun exposure
Underlying medical conditions or illness
Medication use
Skin quality and healing response
Failure to follow pre- or post-treatment aftercare advice
Once a treatment has been administered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Reviews, Top-Ups & Corrections
Where applicable, a review
appointment may be offered as part of the treatment plan.
Additional product or treatments required beyond the original plan will be charged accordingly.
Dissolving or corrective treatments are separate procedures and are not included unless explicitly stated.
Your safety and satisfaction are my top priorities at Rose Couture Aesthetics. To ensure the best outcomes, I have specific requirements in place.
Clients must be over 18 years of age to book treatments. And must not be pregnant or breast feeding.
Contraindications
You may be unsuitable for treatment if you:
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Have active cold sores, skin infections, or open wounds
- Are undergoing cancer
treatment or have had recent surgery in the treatment area
• Are taking anticoagulants, Roaccutane, or certain antibiotics
Have uncontrolled medical
conditions
Please discuss any concerns with your practitioner prior to booking.
Additionally, we ask that you disclose any medical conditions at time of consultation or booking, as these factors may affect your suitability for certain treatments.
Patch tests must be carried out at least 48 hours before treatment to best ensure their will be no negative reactions to treatments, if the patch test has not be carried out I will be unable to preformed the treatment.
I uses only the highest quality pigments and injectables, and we are committed to providing a safe, clean, and professional environment. If you have any questions about the suitability of treatments, please do not hesitate to contact me in advance.
By booking an appointment with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all clinic policies outlined above.
- Clients must be 18 years or older for all injectable, PMU, and advanced skin treatments.
- Valid photo ID may asked for.
Photography & Confidentiality
• Photos/videos will be taken for treatment planning and progress tracking and insurance purposes.
With your consent, some
images may be used for marketing or educational purposes.
• All client information and medical details are strictly confidential and protected under
GDPR.
